      I thought buoyancy was just related to how much air is in your body. Do muscular people have less air in their body?

      PockASqueeno Muscle is denser than fat, so hypothetically a really lean, strong guy will have less buoyancy (will float less) than a fat guy. And an average person’s buoyancy is .98 in respect to the water already.

    I lifted four days a week, at least, for about nine months.
    I learned the same thing you did: “The only people you impress are other dudes”. In reality, women want a guy that’s more lean and strong than massive and bonerific. At least that’s what I’m told.
    Which is why I solely started training kickboxing and BJJ. Seems to work and you don’t have to murder the joints in your body to look and feel good.

    1:10 Dorian Yates didn’t alter rep and weight schemes to “confuse his muscles”, Dorian lifted with laser perfect form using weight that he could only perform 6-8 reps to failure with; throughout his career he used pretty much the same exercises, and recorded everything. The “shocking” in Yates training was because he trained so intense that it trained the central nervous system as well as his muscular structure. Arnold Schwarzenegger, is famous for his “SHOCK DA MUSCLE” methods described here.

    Actually, getting jacked is pretty uncomplicated as long as you follow a decent enough program. Sadly, most people at commercial gym are following arm blaster routines and their favorite bodybuilder’s bro split

    Great video but I usually drink my protein 0.000000000001 nnano seconds after every rep to maximize growth and if you could add some kryptonite to your shake it would be very helpfull
